Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • A diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease or essential tremor
  • Ability to provide informed consent

Exclusion

  • Claustrophobia or other conditions that prevent undergoing MR imaging
  • MMSE score \< 23
  • Significant neurological diagnosis other than PD or ET.
  • Idiopathic dystonia
