Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patient with mild-moderate TBI followed by PVAMC Polytrauma Service
- English speaking
- a family member/partner living with or nearby who is willing to participate in the study
Exclusion
- At high risk for violence
- currently receiving in-home service
