Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patient with mild-moderate TBI followed by PVAMC Polytrauma Service
  • English speaking
  • a family member/partner living with or nearby who is willing to participate in the study

Exclusion

  • At high risk for violence
  • currently receiving in-home service
