Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA status 1-3,
- aged 20 to 65 years,
- undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy
Exclusion
- Severe cardiac disease,
- hepatic insufficiency,
- chronic kidney disease stage ≥3,
- preoperative use of analgesics(corticosteroids, opioid),
- chronic alcoholics,
- hemolytic anemia,
- convulsions
