  • Age \>65 y
  • Chronic pain \> 3 months
  • Follow up 4 weeks
  • Patient's speak french
  • Patient's or representative's agreement to participate and to the informatics treatment of the data

Exclusion

  • acute pain
  • unstable clinical status
