Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • formal diagnosis of lupus
  • Black or African American

Exclusion

  • Younger than 18 years
  • CNS/neuropsychiatric lupus and/or dementia
  • participation in a chronic disease self management program in the last 12 months
