Inclusion
- ASA I or II
- age \>=20, \<= 80 years
- female
- patients undergoing elective total laparoscopic hysterectomy
Exclusion
- age \< 19 years or \> 80 years
- abnormal mental status
- drug abuse
- chronic alcoholism
- immunosuppressants or steroid user
