Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- adult uremic patients with one or more antiplatelet medication,
- prolonged collagen/epinephrine (CEPI) closure time,
- need for emergent hemodialysis and
- subsequent catheter insertion
Exclusion
- acute coronary syndrome,
- hemophilia, and nephrogenic diabetes insipidus,
- allergy against desmopressin
