Inclusion

  • ASA class I or II
  • age 20\~70
  • patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy

Exclusion

  • history of shoulder surgery
  • coagulopathy
  • infection or trauma of shoulder
  • general inflammation
  • allergy to local anesthetics
