Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adults aged 18
- Clinical diagnosis of perianal abscess.
Exclusion
- Patients who are unable or unwilling to consent.
- Known fistulae
- Crohn's Disease
- Immune-suppression or malignancy
- Recurrent abscess (where initial drainage insufficient).
