Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 20 to 80 years osteoarthritis patients undergoing total knee replacement under spinal anesthesia, and who receiving postoperative epidural PCA
Exclusion
- refusal
- coagulopathy
- neurologic deficit
- preoperative opioids medication
- recent analgesics change
