Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Greater than ≥ 32 weeks gestation
  • With written informed parental consent

Exclusion

  • Antenatally diagnosed problems requiring immediate intervention or problems at delivery are anticipated.
  • No realistic prospect of survival
  • No parental consent
  • Maternal death
  • Non-singleton pregnancies
