Inclusion

  • written consent
  • children \<=18 years
  • elective cardiac surgery
  • Sinus rhythm

Exclusion

  • no written consent
  • continuous severe cardiac arrhythmias
  • cardiac Pacemaker
  • intraaortal balloon pump
  • contraindications for TEE
  • persistent ductus arteriosus botalli
