- children \<=18 years
- elective cardiac surgery
- Sinus rhythm
Exclusion
- no written consent
- continuous severe cardiac arrhythmias
- cardiac Pacemaker
- intraaortal balloon pump
- contraindications for TEE
- persistent ductus arteriosus botalli
