Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All grafts perfused by extraction for liver transplantation.
Exclusion
- \< 18 years
- Allergy to NAC
- Grafts considered invalid for liver transplantation after perfusion
- Hepatitis fulminant
- Retransplantation
- Split
- \> 10 hours of cold ischemia
- Patients with asthma
