Inclusion
- female
- 20-60
- long term neck/shoulder muscle pain
- willing to exercise
Exclusion
- widespread pain
- pregnancy
- major trauma in medical history
- tendonitis in upper extremities
- neurological causes of the pain
- inflammatory and hormonal disorders
