Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Medical doctors accepted for formal surgical training in Denmark in 2010-11.
Exclusion
- Current experience in surgery exceeding need of supervision in groin hernia and cholecystectomy procedures.
- Employed at a non-participating hospital.
