Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- BMI: less than 30 kg/m2
- Physically active: exercise greater than 60mins per week
Exclusion
- smoking
- type 2 diabetes
- Underlying conditions that limit ability to exercise safely
- Recent weight gain or loss(\> 5% of body weight in 3 months)
- Recent (\< 3 mo) changes in medication use or dose
- Pregnancy
