Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • BMI: less than 30 kg/m2
  • Physically active: exercise greater than 60mins per week

Exclusion

  • smoking
  • type 2 diabetes
  • Underlying conditions that limit ability to exercise safely
  • Recent weight gain or loss(\> 5% of body weight in 3 months)
  • Recent (\< 3 mo) changes in medication use or dose
  • Pregnancy
