Inclusion
- \- Any individual aged 18-80 years
Exclusion
- Pregnant
- Lactating
- Requires special diets or dietary regimens
- On long term antibiotic therapy
- Diagnosed with gastrointestinal diseases (Irritable Bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease or Colitis)
- Immune compromised
- Have cancer
