Inclusion

  • Male
  • 65-75yrs
  • BMI 18-28

Exclusion

  • Type 2 Diabetes mellitus
  • Neurological Disease
  • Significant cardiac, hepatic or renal disease
  • Active malignancy
  • Medication inc. Corticosteroids, NSAID use, Beta adrenoblockers.
