Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- inpatients
- positive diagnosis of OH
- acute traumatic SCI
- lesion level above T6
- AIS A, B or C
Exclusion
- fractures of the lower limbs
- decubitus (NPUAP \>2)
- massive psychiatric dysfunction
- suicide intention
