Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • inpatients
  • positive diagnosis of OH
  • acute traumatic SCI
  • lesion level above T6
  • AIS A, B or C

Exclusion

  • fractures of the lower limbs
  • decubitus (NPUAP \>2)
  • massive psychiatric dysfunction
  • suicide intention
