Hand lacerations are divided to "complicated" which involves tendons, nerves, bones, and joints, and "simple" which involves only cutaneous and subcutaneous tissue. prophylactic antibiotic should not...

- Hand laceration
- Tendon involeved
- Clean laceration
- No bone involved
Exclusion
- Pregnant
- Children
- Immunocompremised patients
- "Dirty" lacerations
