Inclusion

  • Documented HIV infection
  • Newly establishing HIV care at study site
  • Age 18 years or older
  • English speaking

Exclusion

  • Not willing or able to provide informed consent
  • Received prior outpatient HIV care
  • Completed \>1 primary care visits
