- preterm neonates
- decision to conduct full life support
- written informed consent
- age \<6 hours
- no use of catecholamines before start of NIRS measurements
Exclusion
- no decision to conduct full life support
- no written informed consent
- age \>6 hours
- use of catecholamines before start of NIRS measurements
- congenital malformation
