Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients ventilated for more than 12h and ready to perform a SBT

Exclusion

  • patients under 18 years old,
  • tracheostomy,
  • excessive bronchial secretions,
  • agitation,
  • hypercapnia during SBT and not resuscitation orders.
