Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients ventilated for more than 12h and ready to perform a SBT
Exclusion
- patients under 18 years old,
- tracheostomy,
- excessive bronchial secretions,
- agitation,
- hypercapnia during SBT and not resuscitation orders.
