Inclusion
- patients undergoing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) surgery
- patients undergoing major hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery
Exclusion
- emergency surgery,
- age less than 18 years old
- known allergy to mupirocin or chlorhexidine.
