Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients undergoing inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) surgery
  • patients undergoing major hepato-biliary-pancreatic surgery

Exclusion

  • emergency surgery,
  • age less than 18 years old
  • known allergy to mupirocin or chlorhexidine.
