Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Any individual who attends British Columbia Children's Hospital Ambulatory clinics in the following areas: cystic fibrosis, chronic kidney disease, or type 1 diabetes

Exclusion

  • Refusal to join the study
  • Acute Medical Instability
