Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • female candidates for mastectomy, radiotherapy and immediate two-stage reconstruction

Exclusion

  • autologous reconstruction
  • single-stage alloplastic reconstruction
  • intake of steroids, anti-inflammatory, anti-coagulate or immunomodulatory medications on a regular basis
  • low compliance to home treatment or follow-ups.
