Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- female candidates for mastectomy, radiotherapy and immediate two-stage reconstruction
Exclusion
- autologous reconstruction
- single-stage alloplastic reconstruction
- intake of steroids, anti-inflammatory, anti-coagulate or immunomodulatory medications on a regular basis
- low compliance to home treatment or follow-ups.
