Inclusion

- Age from 20 to 65 years old
- Good physical condition
Exclusion
- Unconsciousness
- History of stroke
- Medical disease (Heart disease, cancer)
- Shoulder lesions
- Severe osteoporosis
- Arrhythmia and with pacemaker device
