Inclusion

  • Age from 20 to 65 years old
  • Good physical condition

Exclusion

  • Unconsciousness
  • History of stroke
  • Medical disease (Heart disease, cancer)
  • Shoulder lesions
  • Severe osteoporosis
  • Arrhythmia and with pacemaker device
