- Enrolled in Heart Healthy Lenoir Genomics
- African-American (self-identified)
- Wants to be contacted for future studies
Exclusion
- Enrolled in an arm of the Heart Healthy Lenoir Lifestyle study with intense behavioral intervention (e.g. weight loss or weight maintenance programs)
