To assess the accuracy of predicting histology with virtual chromoendoscopy for distal colorectal polyps according to the ASGE PIVI statement.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Written informed consent
- Screening or surveillance colonoscopy
Exclusion
- history of inflammatory bowel disease
- poor bowel preparation
- colectomy
- anticoagulation
- polyposis syndrome
