Inclusion
- Patient that are candidates to endobronchial or transcronchial biopsy
Exclusion
- S/P MI or CVA or PE or DVT .
- S/P thrombophilia.
- Patients under coagulation therpay
- Chronic Renal Failure
- Pregnancy
