Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status Classification I-II
  • total knee arthroplasty
  • 18-90 years

Exclusion

  • allergic to the local anesthetics
  • cognitive impairment such as dementia
  • coagulopathy
  • motor and sensory impairment
  • patient refusal
  • BMI \>39
