Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Liver Cirrhosis
  • Hypersplenism

Exclusion

  • Patients with bad performance scale.
  • Patients with hepatic encephalopathy and tense ascites.
  • Patient with active esophageal variceal bleeding .
  • Patients with hypocellular bone marrow (BM).
  • Patients with renal failure.
