Inclusion
- ASA 1 to 3 patients for any shoulder surgery or unilateral ACL knee surgery
Exclusion
- Refusal to consent
- Allergy to Chirocaine local anaesthetic
- Pace maker in situ
- Sepsis at site of regional block
