Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adult patients scheduled for diagnostic and therapeutic shoulder arthroscopy, with or without decompression technique were eligible
Exclusion
- contraindications for ISB
- diabetes mellitus
- peripheral neuropathy
- patients receiving chronic analgesic therapy
- contraindications for NSAID
- patients with an initial QST with abnormal values
