Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Women scheduled for elective cesarean section
  • BMI \>35 at the pre-op visit
  • consent to participate

Exclusion

  • allergy to silver
  • immunocompromised (HIV/AIDS, on immunosuppressive medications)
