Inclusion
- stomach surgery
- Pancreas surgery
- Large intestinal resections
- High risk surgical patients (ASA /American Society of Anesthesiologists/ 2-3 )
Exclusion
- Pregnant women
- Laparoscopic surgery
- Palliative procedures
