  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • no diseases
  • nonsmoker
  • BMI 25-30 kg/m²
  • blood pressure \<160/100 mm/Hg
  • unmedicated
  • untrained status
  • V̇O2max \< 50 mL/kg/min
