  • • Indication for colonoscopy is screening or routine polyp surveillance

Exclusion

  • Indication for colonoscopy other than screening or surveillance
  • Colon cancer identified at time of colonoscopy
  • Known polyposis syndrome, or polyposis identified at colonoscopy
