Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Skeletal Class II malocclusion because of mandibular retrognathia
  • ANB \> 4
  • Overjet \> 5
  • SNB \< 78

Exclusion

  • Poor oral hygiene
  • Previous orthodontic treatment.
  • Patients with syndromes, clefts, or craniofacial abnormalities.
  • Reason of contraindication of functional treatment
