Inclusion

  • Age over 18 years
  • Able to provide informed consent
  • Undergoing elective total knee arthroplasty
  • Able to tolerate both short- and long-term ON-Q therapy

Exclusion

  • Unable to provide informed consent
  • History of dementia or mental instability
  • Pregnancy
