Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Physician diagnosed CRS with surgical requirement for treatment
Exclusion
- Subjects with physician-diagnosed:
- cystic fibrosis,
- vasculitis,
- any type of nasal tumor
- receiving ongoing immunosuppressant therapy
