Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with occipito-cervical instability of any cause, indicated for occipito-cervical fusion
Exclusion
- Fractured occipital condyle
- Congenital malformation of occipital condyle
- Congenital anomaly of the horizontal segment of the vertebral artery
