Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Diagnosis of COPD according to national and international guidelines.
- Presence of ≥ 2 exacerbations requiring admission in the last 12 months.
- Signature of informed consent.
- Exclusion criteria:
- Presence of other lung diseases
- terminal concomitant disease
