  • Diabetes type 2
  • Non smokers
  • Untrained
  • Willingness to adhere to a diet intervention

Exclusion

  • Chronic disease
  • Pregnancy
  • Cancer
  • Antibiotic therapy
  • Drug/alcohol abuse
  • Competitive athletes
