Inclusion
- • Humans
- Esthetic area (anterior and first premolars)
- Intact labial plate
- Hopeless tooth indicated for extraction and immediate implant placement
Exclusion
- • Implantation after trauma
- Peri-implantits defects
- Use of barrier membranes(GBR)
- Socket preservation
