Inclusion

  • • Humans
  • Esthetic area (anterior and first premolars)
  • Intact labial plate
  • Hopeless tooth indicated for extraction and immediate implant placement

Exclusion

  • • Implantation after trauma
  • Peri-implantits defects
  • Use of barrier membranes(GBR)
  • Socket preservation
