Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Presence of urinary incontinence and/or pelvic prolapse and/or decreased vaginal muscle strength in gynaecological examination

Exclusion

  • Uncontrolled diabetes
  • Cognitive dysfunction hampering participation in exercise or assessment
