Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All mechanically ventilated COPD patients at RICU.
Exclusion
- COPD patients associated bronchiectasis , interstitial lung disease and pneumonia.
- Neurological and neuromuscular diseases hindering the respiratory drive.
