- CNS injury \> 3 months
- age \> 18 years
- willing to give consent
- stable vital signs
- absence of active infectcion
Exclusion
- any contradiction to intrathecal infusion
- age \< 18 years
- CNS injury \< 3 months
- CNS injury \> 3 years
