Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 1- All Critical ill-patients with Acute Physiologic Assessment and Chronic Health Evaluation II score (APACHE II score)≥ 25
Exclusion
- Bad echocardiographic window
- APACHE II score \< 25.
