Inclusion
- age\> 18
- lumbar radiculalgy
- lumbar disc herniation described by MRI
- more than 6 weeks
- prescription of DISCOGEL
Exclusion
- medical history of surgery at the same stage
- patient under Clopidogrel or prasugrel
